Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At WebGrowEx, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

2. Deposit Refunds

Project deposits are refundable under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if requested before work has commenced
  • 50% refund if requested after initial discovery but before design/development begins
  • No refund once active work on deliverables has started

3. Service-Specific Policies

Website & App Development

Refunds are available if we fail to deliver agreed-upon functionality. Refunds are not available for design preferences or minor functional adjustments that can be addressed through revisions.

SEO Services

Due to the nature of SEO, refunds are not available for monthly retainer services. However, if we fail to deliver agreed-upon optimization work or reporting, we will provide make-good services or partial credit.

Paid Advertising

Our management fees are non-refundable once the campaign is live. However, if we fail to deliver agreed-upon services or reporting, we will provide make-good services.

Consulting Services

Consulting fees are non-refundable once sessions have been conducted. Unused sessions can be rescheduled or credited toward other services.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us in writing at hello@webgrowex.com
  • Include your project details and reason for the refund request
  • Allow 5-7 business days for review
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days

5. Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project in progress, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will be refunded according to our payment terms.

6. Chargebacks

We work hard to resolve any disputes directly. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in termination of services and legal action to recover costs.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
